R.A.D® Australia/NZ Returns and Refund Policy
Returns Policy
If you’re purchasing your first pair of R.A.D® footwear, you’re eligible for a one-time return if the size isn’t quite right.
We don’t offer direct exchanges, instead, we’ll issue a refund so you can re-order the correct size when you're ready. Return shipping is at your cost.
If your preferred size is out of stock, you're still covered, we’ll process a full refund.
R.A.D® is committed to making sure you’re happy with what you ordered. If your item is faulty, unfit for purpose, or doesn’t match the description, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Please note: All products must be returned in their original, re-sellable condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all packaging intact. Shoes must be returned in their original box, then placed in a shipping parcel bag to protect the box. The return label is not to be attached directly to the shoe box.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unworn and in new condition. If assessed as faulty, R.A.D® will cover return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives back with us, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
For New Zealand returns, please allow up to 30 days from the date of shipment for your return to be received and processed.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
