R.A.D® Australia Order Management and Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to locations within Australia and New Zealand ONLY.

Changing an Order

We cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We are unable to intercept or stop orders from being shipped once they are processed.

Australian Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with a flat rate of $15.00 Australia-wide. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of being placed and are delivered within 1-3 business days for metro areas and 2-4 business days for regional areas, depending on your location.

Please note: Express shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind or sizing-related returns.

New Zealand Shipping

All orders destined for New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post International Express. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed. International Express parcels to New Zealand are estimated to be delivered in 3–6 business days, excluding customs clearance or remote‐area delays. 

Please note: International express shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind or sizing-related returns.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.

Responsibility for Orders

Once orders are shipped from our warehouse, responsibility for loss, theft, or damage passes to the courier (Australia Post).

- If your order is damaged in transit, delivered incorrectly, or not delivered despite tracking information showing otherwise, please contact Australia Post directly using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Options

We currently offer delivery via Australia Post, and Australia Post Express.

- If delivery is unsuccessful, Australia Post will hold your package at the nearest post office or depot for 10 days.

- If uncollected, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

Re-delivery

If your package is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to confirm your address and arrange re-delivery. This will incur a re-delivery fee.
